About Cedars FC
The Cedars FC began life as the Dearborn Stars FC in 1982 to provide members of the local community the opportunity to be involved with soccer. Their dedication and love for the game of soccer made it easy for them to embark on a journey that has benefited the community and supported local youth as generous and benevolent pillars of the community. Cedars FC currently field a team in the Midwest Premier League (MWPL) in the Premier Division. Previous to MWPL competition Cedars FC
spent 4 years in the UPSL and 12 years in the Michigan Premier Soccer League (MPSL) under the names Cedars FC, Michigan Sporting and Dearborn Stars SC.

-Former Head coach of Michigan Sporting SC (2X state cup champions, 6x MPSL League champions, 2x League Cup Champions.)
-Girls Technical Director at DCFC West
-Sam played professionally after college for the Cincinnati Riverhawks (A-league, now USLChampionship)
-Trained with the Columbus Crew of the MLS
-Sam also holds both single-season and career records for goals scored at Madonna University. A 4-time college all-American.
